A huge blaze has ripped through a 35-storey apartment block in Dubai.
The building, which is close to the world‘s tallest skyscraper, the Burj Khalifa, caught on fire before flames engulfed every floor.
Dramatic footage shows the inferno burning as debris fell from apartments.
Authorities are yet to confirm whether anyone was injured in the fire.
Black char marks from the blaze could be seen stretching up the building.
The apartment block is part of a series of towers called 8 Boulevard Walk by Emaar, the state-backed developer in the emirate.
The fire broke out at around 2.20am and had been extinguished by 3.45am.
