Footage has emerged of a three-year-old parking his dad’s AUD $665,240 Ferrari despite not seeing over the steering wheel.
Zayn Sofuoglu, the son of Turkish motorcycle racer Kenan Sofuoglu, managed to park the vehicle without a scratch in a video posted to Instagram.
Before Zayn was even two years old, his dad, who holds a record of five Supersport World
Champion titles, started posting clips on social media of him riding a motorcycle in the driveway of their family home, The Sun reports.
Since then, the talented three-year-old can now expertly manoeuvre and park various supercars.
The toddler has nearly one million followers on his Instagram account, which is managed by his parents.
In the latest clip, Zayn can be seen using a GoPro camera linked to a tablet inside the family’s Ferrari SF90 Stradale to take the supercar out of a garage, go for a spin and then neatly back it up into the tight garage.
Even though he struggles to reach the pedals, he handles the car with ease, to the delight of his dad.
In 2021, Mr Sofuoglu, who is a member of the Turkish parliament for the ruling Justice and
Development Party (AKP), came under fire for putting his son in apparent danger for allowing his son to ride motorcycles and supercars.
While the videos still attract negative comments with people expressing concern about the boy’s safety, so far the family doesn’t seem to be bothered.
“If I do this to my son, the state will take him away from me,” one Twitter user wrote.
Mr Sofuoglu announced his retirement from professional racing in May 2018 and transfered into Turkish politics in June that year.
